Summary

Amends the

Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004
to: enable payments to be made to a person before they receive a Commonwealth superannuation benefit in circumstances where it is not possible to determine the level of incapacity payments because information has not been received from the relevant agencies; and provide that veterans continue to receive incapacity payments until they become eligible for the age pension; and the
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
to extend eligibility for Non-Liability Health Care treatment for certain mental health conditions to all current and former permanent members of the Australian Defence Force.
